Refund policy

At AutoLabs304, we take great pride in the quality of our detailing services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work, all purchases made online or in person are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for completed transactions under normal circumstances.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where we are directly responsible for breaking, damaging, or ruining your vehicle or its accessories during the detailing process. In such instances, we will fully assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue, including issuing a refund if appropriate. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Prior to starting any detailing service, our team will conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle to document its condition and identify any existing damage.
While we do not offer traditional returns, our goal is always to leave you fully satisfied with the results. If you are not happy with your detail, we offer a free touch-up within 12 hours of service completion to address any missed areas or concerns. Alternatively, we are happy to apply a credit toward your next detailing appointment to ensure your expectations are fully met.
We encourage all clients to carefully inspect their vehicle at the time of completion and communicate any concerns immediately. Your satisfaction and trust are extremely important to us.
If, for any reason, AutoLabs304 cancels your appointment on more than two consecutive occasions — for example, due to sickness, emergencies, or operational issues — you may request a full refund, and we will honor it. All cancellations on our end are recorded and stored in our scheduling and database system for accountability.
If a cancellation is initiated by you, the client, no refund will be issued. Instead, we will offer to reschedule your appointment at the next available time slot. Repeated rescheduling by the customer may result in limited future availability or denial of service at our discretion.
While refunds are limited, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your service, you are eligible for a free touch-up within 12 hours of completion or a credit toward your next appointment.
