Welcome to AutoLabs304. By accessing or using our website (autolabs304.com), purchasing services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or scheduling any services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services
AutoLabs304 offers premium auto detailing services for cars and SUVs, including exterior-only, interior-only, and full-service packages. All services must be scheduled in advance and are provided either at our designated location or a mutually agreed upon site, depending on availability

2. Bookings & Payments
All purchases made through our website or in person are considered final. Once a service is booked and payment is received, we commit to fulfilling the detail at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed. Booking a service on the same day does not guarantee that your vehicle will be detailed the same day, as we may have other appointments already on our schedule. However, you will receive a follow-up message or email with your confirmed appointment time or available scheduling options shortly after booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to the client.

3. Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases, unless we are directly responsible for damage, breakage, or ruining your vehicle or its accessories during the detailing process. AutoLabs304 is not liable for any existing damage, as we conduct a full inspection before beginning services. If you are dissatisfied with the results, you may contact us within 12 hours to request a free touch-up or credit toward a future appointment.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability
By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge that your vehicle will be assessed for any visible pre-existing damage before the detailing process begins. We are not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or other non-cosmetic issues that may arise unrelated to our detailing services. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is in proper working order and safe to clean.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information when scheduling your service. You also agree not to misuse our services, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to disrupt or damage our website or systems. Any form of abuse toward AutoLabs304 staff or willful misrepresentation may result in service denial.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of AutoLabs304 and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our express written consent.

7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted to this page, and continued use of our site or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Online Payments & Chargebacks
When you pay for a detailing service through our website, you are authorizing AutoLabs304 to collect payment for the agreed-upon service. Once payment is processed and the service is rendered, any attempt to dispute or charge back the transaction through your bank or credit card provider without valid cause will be considered fraudulent. We maintain thorough records of all services, including communication, vehicle condition reports, photos, and completion confirmation. In the event of a chargeback, AutoLabs304 reserves the right to dispute the claim and submit all necessary documentation to recover the funds.

If a chargeback is initiated after services are fully rendered and we are forced to pursue legal action, you agree that any legal claims will be handled exclusively in the jurisdiction of West Virginia, and you consent to resolving any such disputes through our legal representation within that jurisdiction. You also agree to appear and participate in any legal proceedings as required. Additionally, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for legal fees, court costs, and any associated losses incurred due to a fraudulent or baseless chargeback.

We highly encourage all customers to communicate directly with us regarding any service concerns. As outlined in our policy, we offer a 12-hour touch-up window or credit toward a future detail if you are not fully satisfied.
