AutoLabs304 does not ship any physical products. All items sold through our online point-of-sale (POS) system are classified as digital products representing professional auto detailing services.

When you place an order online, you are purchasing a scheduled service — not a physical good. These services are fulfilled in person at the agreed-upon location and time, based on communication between AutoLabs304 and the customer. All appointments are coordinated through our internal scheduling system, and you will be contacted via email shortly after your order to confirm service details and availability.

Please note that same-day service is not guaranteed, even if the order is placed on the same day, due to existing appointments or schedule capacity.

By purchasing a service from our website, you acknowledge that no items will be physically shipped and that fulfillment will occur through direct scheduling and service delivery.
